After moving house, Murat goes to the Bürgerbüro (citizens' office) to register his address. He has brought his tenancy agreement – but they need a different document.

Wir sind umgezogen: verbs of moving from one place to another, such as umziehen, fahren and fliegen, form the perfect with sein, not haben. (Ich habe mich umgezogen means "I've changed my clothes".)
Culture note
Anyone who moves into a flat in Germany has to register the new address at the local registration office within two weeks. The landlord's confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) is required by law; the tenancy agreement alone is not accepted.
